  • Led the company’s acquisition of MoLo Solutions.
  • Made ArcBest a top 15 brokerage in 2021.
Michael Hoover
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Michael brings with him more than 25 years of experience as a senior business development executive. Before joining TPM, he held the position of Managing Director and National Sales Leader at Grant Thornton, a leading global public accounting firm. Throughout his time at Grant Thornton, Michael played a pivotal role in growing and expanding their transportation and logistics sector.

  • Held the position of National Sales Leader for the Transportation & Logistics Practice at a prominent consulting firm.
  • Founded and successfully exited three start-up ventures.
  • Extensive expertise in creating and executing strategic business development and marketing initiatives.
Matt Irving
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Matt Irving previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Today’s Power Inc. where he managed the design, construction, and operations of over 100 renewable energy installations. Matt was instrumental in building Today’s Power in 2014 with a team of two to a staff of 30 employees.

  • Master Electrician with 26 years of experience in facilities management, construction, and project development.
  • Successfully managed projects in multiple states including Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Tennessee, Georgia and Nebraska.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the necessary elements involved in planning, building, and managing new facilities in emerging growth markets.
Jorgen Hartje
DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE SALES AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Jorgen Hartje has eight years of in-depth trucking and logistics experience. He formerly held the position of Truck Stop sales manager at Trucker Path. During his tenure, Jorgen played a crucial role in the creation and implementation of a fuel discount initiative specifically aimed at fuel can C-Store owners and the truck driver community.

  • Deep experience in working with truck drivers through his employment at SmartHop, Mudflap Allstate Peterbilt Group, and ONE20.
  • Extensive experience working for a major national health & fitness franchise early in his career.
  • Founding member of several app creation and launches in the trucking sector.
Tristan Acker

Tristan Acker is an investment analyst by trade, from having 7 years in the high end automotive Industry, To VP of Acquisitions for one of the fastest growing C-store chains in the nation. Tristan is also a small business owner and member of the Hot Springs area Chamber.

  • Extensive Experience in company mergers and acquisitions.
  • Negotiated multi-million dollar deals for a national C-store chain acquiring over 200 stores in a single acquisition.
  • Worked with a vast network of real estate investment firms across 14 states to help procure a real estate portfolio of over $400 million.

Shelby Hulett is an accomplished Marketing & Brand Director at TPM, bringing a plethora of industry expertise spanning hospitality, marketing, apparel, visual design, and coordination. She is a proud alumna of the esteemed Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles, California, where she studied Visual Communications.

  • Shelby’s journey has seen her thrive in diverse environments across some of the nation’s bustling cities including San Antonio, Dallas, Orlando, Los Angeles and Little Rock
  • Deep experience building brands across many industries including transportation, hospitality, and retail.
  • Successfully founded and owned an online women’s boutique
